APP Notifications– Your Alarm can be linked to your business WiFi to allow access from your Smartphone, this gives you the option to Set / Unset your alarm remotely but more importantly you will receive Push Notifications if your business Alarm triggers. The Alerts include a Voice Alarm on your Smartphone like “You Have an Alarm Activation”. The Alarm can also be setup to send Alerts when the system is Armed / Disarmed “Alarm System Armed” Ideal to notify you when office is accessed out of hours.

Police monitored alarms

Police Monitored Systems– Most Insurance Companies require businesses to have their alarms Monitored by a ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) Mint Security Systems is NSI Accredited which means we can Monitor your alarm 24/7 and on a Confirmed Intruder or Panic Signals the Police will be dispatched to your property. How Do Monitored Alarms Work ?

Monitored Alarm connects to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) which is a remote central station manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year, via your telephone line. This permanent phone connection enables the alarm system to send signals as and when necessary to the ARC which in turns verifies the signals received and take appropriate actions. For instance if the alarm system detects an intrusion, it immediately sends an intruder signal to the ARC via the phone line. Within seconds the ARC is able to verify the alarm signal and decide on appropriate course of action – to alert you or one or more of your nominated keyholders and if necessary alert the Police via an agreed communication channel.

Can I have an Alarm that is not Monitored ?

YES. You have other options such as Bells Only Alarm which makes audible noises to deter intruders or alert the neighbours of a break in. It is also possible for your house alarm to send Push Notifications to your Smartphone to alert you to activations

We have lots of Employees can they all use the alarm ?

YES. each member of staff can have their own fob for setting unsetting the alarm and if you have multiple sites the same fob can be used across all sites.

Can I Add extra Detectors to my Alarm ?

YES. Extra sensors can be added to your alarm system; at additional costs.

We don't have any staff members who live close to attend to activations ?

We can recommend a local keyholding company who will attend activations for you.
